Party Presets

Learn how to create, configure, and manage party presets for organizing activities in Throne and Liberty.

Party Presets

Party Presets allow you to save and reuse party configurations for different activities. They combine multiple party types into a single template.

Creating a Party Preset

  1. Navigate to the Party Presets page.
  2. Stay on the Presets tab.
  3. Click Create Preset.
  4. Fill in the following information:
    • Name (required)
    • Description (optional)
    • Select party types (up to 50 types per preset)

Managing Party Types in a Preset

  1. Add party types:
    • Use the dropdown to select party types.
    • Click Add to include them in your preset.
  2. Arrange party types:
    • Drag and drop to reorder.
    • Order determines priority in automatic assignment.

Editing and Deleting

  • Edit a preset:
    • Click the pencil icon to modify name, description, or party types.
    • Click Save to update.
  • Delete a preset:
    • Click the trash icon.
    • Type "Delete" to confirm.
    • ⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent.

Using Presets

Party presets can be:

  • Applied to activities during creation
  • Used for automatic party assignment
  • Applied to static parties

Best Practices

  1. Create presets for different activity types:
    • Dungeon runs
    • Raid compositions
    • PvP teams
  2. Use descriptive names and descriptions.
  3. Order party types by priority.
  4. Review and update presets regularly.

Limitations

  • Maximum 50 party types per preset.
  • Preset names must be unique within your guild.
  • Cannot use deleted party types in presets.
