Party announcements automatically notify players about their party assignments when an activity's signup period closes.

When Are Parties Announced?

• When the activity reaches its Close Signup threshold (configured in activity settings)
• After final party balancing is complete

Announcement Channels

• Discord Direct Messages: Players receive a DM when party balancing is complete and final parties are confirmed.

Announcement Content

• Party name
• Party members, roles, and weapons
• Average party gearscore
• Activity name and type
• Start time
• Party assignments

• Personal reminder settings
• Multiple reminder intervals

Troubleshooting

• Missing Discord Messages:
  • Check if you can receive DMs from the bot
