Voice Tracking

Automatic attendance via Discord voice

Voice Tracking

Discord bot automatically marks attendance for members in voice channels.

Best for

  • Raids and group activities
  • Events where everyone uses Discord voice
  • Guilds wanting zero-effort attendance

How It Works

  1. Create event with "Voice Tracking" method
  2. Select the Discord voice channel
  3. When event starts, bot monitors the channel
  4. Members who join and stay for minimum duration get attendance
  5. Automatic credit when event ends

Settings

Minimum Duration

Set how long members must be present:

  • Full event duration
  • Percentage of event (e.g., 75%)
  • Minimum minutes (e.g., 30 minutes)

Grace Period

Allow late joins:

  • No grace period (must be present at start)
  • 10-minute grace period
  • Custom grace period

Speaking Requirement

Optionally require members to speak:

  • Any presence in voice (default)
  • Must speak at least once
  • Minimum speaking time
