Choosing the Right Method

Use Manual Check-in when:

  • You have small groups (under 10 members)
  • You need complete control over attendance
  • It's an officer meeting or private event

Use PIN Code when:

  • You need simple, reliable check-ins
  • Not everyone uses Discord voice
  • You want instant confirmation

Use Screenshot Check-in when:

  • You need verifiable proof of attendance
  • It's a high-stakes event (Castle Siege, World Boss)
  • You want to prevent fraud

Use Voice Tracking when:

  • Everyone will be in Discord voice
  • You want zero-effort attendance
  • It's a raid or group activity

Pro Tip

Use Voice Tracking for regular raids and PIN Code for optional events. This gives you automatic tracking when possible and flexibility when needed.
