Quick Start Guide

Navigate to your guild's Activities section and click the Create Event button.

Select the event category: World Boss, PvP, Raid, Social Activity, etc.

Choose the specific type of event you're creating.

Fill in the event title and optional description.

Set the date, time, timezone, and estimated duration. You can also set if the event is mandatory for online members.

Choose if this is a one-time event or recurring (daily, weekly, monthly, or custom schedule).

Set participant limits and whether registration is required.

Select from Manual (officers register attendance), PIN code, or Voice tracking (Discord bot).

Configure Discord roles for reminders and set reminder timing (e.g., 1 hour before, 15 minutes before).

The event will automatically be posted to your Discord server.

Configure any DKP or rewards participants will earn.

Members can select "Going", "Not Going", or "Tentative" on Discord.

Use /activity list command in Discord or check the calendar on the web app.
