Accepted Payment Methods
Guild Manager accepts the following payment methods:
Credit & Debit Cards
Card Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Digital Wallets
Digital Payments
Quick checkout with digital wallets:
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal (coming soon)
Security
Secure Payments
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your card information on our servers.
Managing Payment Methods
Adding a Payment Method
- Go to Guild Settings → Subscriptions & Billing
- Click "Add Payment Method"
- Enter your card details
- Click "Save"
Updating Your Default Payment Method
- Go to Guild Settings → Subscriptions & Billing
- Click "Manage Payment Methods"
- Select a new default payment method
- Click "Set as Default"
Removing a Payment Method
- Go to Guild Settings → Subscriptions & Billing
- Click "Manage Payment Methods"
- Click the trash icon next to the payment method you want to remove
You must have at least one payment method on file for paid subscriptions.
Billing Information
Updating Billing Address
- Go to Guild Settings → Subscriptions & Billing
- Click "Edit Billing Address"
- Update your information
- Click "Save"
Viewing Invoices
All invoices are automatically sent to your email. You can also view them in:
- Guild Settings → Subscriptions & Billing
- Click "View Invoices"
- Download or print any invoice
International Payments
Guild Manager accepts payments in USD. Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees for international payments.
