Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime

Subscription Management

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Guild Settings → Subscriptions & Billing

Choose the plan you want to upgrade to

Review the changes and confirm. You'll be charged prorated for the remaining billing period.

Downgrading Your Plan

Go to Guild Settings → Subscriptions & Billing

Choose the plan you want to downgrade to

The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

When downgrading, ensure your guild doesn't exceed the limits of the new tier (members, guilds, storage, etc.)

Canceling Your Subscription

Go to Guild Settings → Subscriptions & Billing

Click "Cancel Subscription"

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then automatically downgrade to Free tier.

Billing FAQ

When will I be charged?

You're billed monthly on the date you subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month.

What happens if my payment fails?

We'll retry the payment up to 3 times over 7 days. If all attempts fail, your account will be downgraded to Free tier.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with the service.

Do you offer annual billing?

Annual billing is available for all paid tiers with a 20% discount. Contact support to enable annual billing.
