Guild Insights is a powerful video content management system that helps guilds document and organize their activities through video content. This feature enables knowledge sharing and community engagement by providing a structured way to store, categorize, and share video content.

Getting Started

Setting Up Insights

1. Configure Default Folders
   • Navigate to Guild Settings → Insights
   • Set up default folders for different activity types
   • This ensures videos are automatically organized
2. Managing Permissions
   • Officers need the "Manage Insights" permission
   • Different privacy levels control who can view content:
     • Public: Anyone can view
     • Members Only: Guild members only
     • Officers Only: Guild officers only

Adding Content

1. Creating Folders
   • Click the folder icon in the Insights dashboard
   • Enter folder name and select privacy settings
   • Optionally set a parent folder for hierarchy
2. Uploading Videos
   • Navigate to desired folder
   • Click Add Video button
   • Paste YouTube URL
   • Fill in title and description
   • Select privacy level
   • Save to add the video

1. Organization
   • Use a consistent folder structure
