Attendance Management
Keep your guild informed about your availability with leave of absence requests and automated attendance tracking.
Leave of Absence (LOA)
/loa request
Submit a leave of absence request to your guild.
Usage:
/loa request start: 2024-01-15 end: 2024-01-22 reason: "Vacation"Options:

LOA requests require officer approval. You'll be notified when your request is processed.
/loa status
Check your current leave of absence status.
Usage:
/loa statusShows:
- Active LOA (if any) with dates
- Pending requests awaiting approval
- Expected return date
/loa history
View your past leave of absence records.
Usage:
/loa historyDisplays your LOA history including:
- Previous leave periods
- Approval status
- Total days taken
/loa cancel
Cancel a pending LOA request before it's approved.
Usage:
/loa cancelYou can only cancel requests that haven't been approved yet. To end an active LOA early, use /loa end.
/loa end
Return early from an active leave of absence.
Usage:
/loa endUse this when you're returning to active participation before your scheduled end date.
Officer Commands
The following commands require officer permissions.
/loa approve
Approve a pending leave of absence request.
Usage:
/loa approve request: [select request]/loa reject
Reject a leave of absence request with a reason.
Usage:
/loa reject request: [select request] reason: "Please provide more details"/loa list
View all LOA records for the guild.
Usage:
/loa list
/loa list status: activeOptions:

Attendance Tracking
/track-activity
Take an attendance snapshot of voice channel members for an activity.
Usage:
/track-activity activity: [select activity]
/track-activity activity: [activity] channel: #raid-voiceOptions:

mark-no-shows | No | Mark RSVPs who are absent |
include-deafened | No | Count deafened members |
include-non-rsvp | No | Track members who didn't RSVP |
shotcaller-mode | No | Track across Shotcaller bot channels |
This command requires MANAGE_ACTIVITIES permission. It captures a snapshot of who is present in a voice channel at that moment.
